Sabrina Wilson is a patent litigation associate at Avantech based in Atlanta. With a background in physics, Sabrina has handled litigation across a wide array of technologies, including integrated circuits for power applications, optical lithography, and medical devices and procedures. She has managed all aspects of patent cases in prominent venues such as the Eastern District of Texas, District of Delaware, and Northern District of California.

Before her legal career, Sabrina served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where she instructed on nuclear physics and reactor principles at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command's Nuclear Power School. This intensive program equips naval personnel with the skills to operate nuclear reactors on submarines and aircraft carriers. Her service in the Navy not only fostered a disciplined approach to her work but also refined her ability to analyze complex technologies and communicate intricate details with clarity.

In law school, Sabrina's interest in innovation led her to participate in the Georgia Institute of Technology's TI:GER program. This nationally recognized initiative examines the multifaceted challenges of bringing emerging technologies to market from economic, regulatory, and legal perspectives.

Sabrina has also served as an Assistant District Attorney, which further broadened her litigation experience, particularly in communicating effectively with jurors. Sabrina's rich and unique background, which combines rigorous scientific training and comprehensive legal expertise, equips her to navigate high-stakes patent matters at Avantech.
