He supports the development of alternative fee arrangements, fixed-fee structures, and other tailored pricing approaches, helping the firm evaluate different scenarios, establish and monitor matter budgets, and adjust as matters evolve. This financial discipline helps Avantech offer clients greater budget predictability and transparency while structuring engagements around the particular needs and economics of each matter.
Prior to joining Avantech, Matt developed his financial expertise supporting the operations of a professional services firm, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, modeling, and accounting.
